"Alberto" emailed the owner of our company yesterday morning requesting payment of $2,378.40 without explanation requesting a link be clicked to submit the payment. The reply-to address is spoofed to appear from [email protected]. The phone number is a Verizon cell phone. I called United Rentals using the number on their website and their accounting department confirmed the scam.
