November 6, 2008. I received an unsolicited, pre-recorded telemarketing call, with caller ID identifying this business, in violation of the Federal Do Not Call List. The recording advertised a sale at a Ford dealership in Harrisburg, PA, while the call was placed to a number in the Texas panhandle. I stayed quiet for about 30 seconds before saying hello. The recording began as soon as I said hello. I did call the Ford dealership who acknowledged using an outside company for advertisement and had expressed their apologies. A complaint is being submitted to the Federal Trade Commission.

Lenovo Technical Support uses this calling service for their automated "service satisfaction followup" survey after a completed tech support ticket. Their automated system left a message and hung up.
