For all the complaining I see here... They called me to make sure I had received my iPad and it was working. It is. This the second time ice used them, and they've done a great job for me. No complaints here!!

These people are a joke plain and simple. Do not buy their warranty. They stick the Tech who does the work with the bill and they always screw up on the parts they order. Take it from first hand experience.

They called me twice and hung up.

Confirmed 406-268-4084 is NEWAsurion. They support clients such as WalMart/Sams Club, Best Buy, Direct TV, AAFES, Officemax, Office Depot, ShopNBC, HH Gregg, HSN, Overstock.com, eBay, Costco Canada, Amazon.com, KMart, Gateway MPC, Lowes, Fingerhut, Visa, Toys R Us, Home Depot, GameStop, QVC and many many more. As a side note HP computers are not all bad. There's just been a recent rash of them with known problems (for more info use HP's search engine on their website and type "service enhancement"). It's like saying all Maytags are bad after the whole recall on some of the first Neptunes. Toshibas aren't exempt from problems either. Check Toshibas website for bulletin #98082361. From a purely tech point of view (yes I AM an A+ Certified pc tech with years of experience) I'd rather work on an HP than a Toshiba because of how much easier HP laptops are to pull apart, but personally wouldn't own a laptop from either manufacturer. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for.

National Electronic Warranty (Warranties?) who handles the extended warranties like others have pointed out. They also do Office Depot, Lowes, maybe OfficeMax, etc. - do NOT buy hp computers!! If there's anything wrong with the hp computer, you will get the runaround instead of a lemon computer replaced. Learned this from the tech peeps who repair for NEW. They said hps are a really bad idea now because hp is horrible for them to work with, let alone for us the end-users. They say Toshibas are much better.PS: NEW's 800# is 800-533-7639

It's actually N.E.W., a company that works with warranties for other businesses. They handle claims from Walmart, Lowe's, Direct Tv, and a whole bunch of others....

Best Buy warranty center calling to follow up on a recent tv service. Main menu is automated, Press (1) for Best Buy, (2) for Lowe's, (3) for... First actual person I spoke with answered with "This is GeekSquad..." One of the more pleasant operators I have ever spoken with. Teresa is nice.

I agree the warranty is not worth the money. I also trying to get a tv repaired and it has been about 6 weeks. With wrong parts, backorder parts. I called and demanded a new tv. I mentioned laywer and their agreement that they haven't met yet and know I am getting a new tv.
