Found its a billing guy working for my provider. The guy was talking about outstanding balance.

Hey!

They sent a text saying they have a buyer of my home and would I pay 3% if they buy it.

This person is a catfish. Not really who he says he is.

They pretend to be CHASE BANK

Nothing - maybe voice collection scam

Repeatedly calling me from this number and it shows up as Hilton. I don’t answer and there is no message left so I do not know what kind of call it is. There is no acceptable reason for Hilton to be calling me.
