I received lost calls from the above number, 407-242-7687, and it seemed familiar to me. When I called it took me to my own ATT Wireless voice mail menu and when I checked the number it was indeed the number ATT dials for me to retrieve my messages. I believe somebody is hacking on ATT's numbers (and other companies) and are trying to use them for other purposes.
