Received same call from
(407) 434-9999
The call begins with a recording to reduce my credit card interest. They are calling several times per week, not always from the same number. If I respond to get a live person on the phone, they either **** up when they realize I'm not interested in the offer, or say they are allowed by Fcc rules to call my do-not-call listed number. No one will agree to stop calling. Calling back the number results in a no-longer in service reporting.

I had a package enroute with FedEx and picked up this call by mistake! Normally I wouldn't have answered 'UNAVAILABLE'. A recording s****ed with "Hi, this is Rachel. You credit card...." I ***g up before the message was complete. I only have ONE bank debit card. Therefore they had absolutely NO REASON to be calling me. Just my luck to be expecting a once a year call and pick up on these idiots. Being venegeful, I'm reporting them to 2-3 call report sites!!! ;-))
