This is a debt collection agency which Capital One uses for all their loans and credit cards. URS employees (all except for one I have talked to) are extremely rude and condescending. I informed them that I was recording the calls as well as they claimed to be for "quality****urance" and they ***g up on me. They have harassed me. Yes, I do have an overdue car payment; however, I just caught up on my loan with one large payment...and they still call. Capital One has sold the loan for my car to this company, so now that I am caught up on my payments...they still want payment in full! They say that even though the payments are actually even ahead one month, I am still going to be considered in collections until the loan is paid off! A total crock of ****.

Contact an attorney if you are receiving calls from a debt collection agency and you are in bankruptcy. They are not allowed to call you once a pe***ion has been filed in court and the creditor has been notified. They can be fined a great deal of money for harassing consumers. If you ask a simple question, "who is URS and what is this in regards", they should tell you who they are, not give you at***ude because you won't confirm who they are speaking with.

Call came in at 8:02A as Orlando, FL 407-956-1502 but it is actually s****ed (she called it routing - either of wish is illegal) from Houston, Texas 888-505-1573. It's United Recovery Services. I called them back to ask where they were calling from. The rude man would not give me a physical location. I then called a***n and spoke with a nice lady, Chasity --I told her to delete my number from their calling system and that they were in violation of the Federal Trade Commission. I have written several letters and have told them to quit calling with no luck. Let's see if it works this time? I don't owe them any money.

I've been receiving numerous calls from this number 407-956-1502- which is an Orlando number but they did not leave a message. When I returned the call to inquire as to what it is about, I was told by someone that it was (slurred) URS ... but they would not tell me what URS stood for. After 3 calls I learned that it is United Recovery Systems and that the calls were made out of Houston, Texas (remember an Orlando, FL #). Thus, the number is being s****ed - which I thought was illegal. This is obviously a vulture debt collection service and I don't owe anyone any money. I have told them not to call numerous times but they still call. NOW PAY BACK – you can call this number and harass them too!

A bunch of losers on the phone who get paid $4 an hour or so****ing....they have no education or s****s so they get jobs like this and sit in a room calling people HARASSING them so I suggest you pick up the phone and give them relentless calls back..just my opinion and/or suggestion.
