this number is supposedly for agent Richard ***ziel. it requests that you text it or email [email protected] for information re: possible winner at PCH (publishers clearing house). it also gives a link to fill out a form and a link to You Tube to watch. i cant tell if it is a telemarketer or not but most likely it is. yes i did receive a text from a number 540-257-1279 with these instructions to perform. if it was related to PCH wouldnt it say so?
