A recorded, yes i said recorded threatens to arrest me if i don't call back with the last four numbers of my social security number. I have never in my life know law enforcement or government agency to call and warn anyone about arresting them, and i know for a fact they wont use a recorded message to make the threat. This is definitely a spam call. Never give any personal information like your social security #, birthdate, or any other info about your background, NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY OR THREATEN YOU WITH. NEVER GIVE PERSONAL INFO OVER THE PHONE OR OVER THE INTERNET.
