I will repeat, I worked for Apple, and have been hacked by Apple Care, have tried to call Corporate Headquarters and that also seems to be hacked randomly, even if you have an extension of a person there. Apple Care costs alot of money, and is definitely worth it if its reliable, however it is not. I have absolute proof my computer was hacked, screen shots, been to store, filed a report w police, as a reseller in West Palm Beach who hired the ex Apple employee stole tens of thousands of dollars, including my MacBook pro, who encouraged me to buy the terabyte machine, and not allow Apple Store to migrate files. He did it, never erased hard drive, and stole everything from me. My ATM was hacked, my computer does weird things, from showing Apple Repair? on doc, and Disk Utilities, all of a sudden, to the touch bar, randomly acting strange, and Siri, trying to record my voice. Why would I wake up, and find Apple Repair, in a file, which I can't delete, and Disk Utility on my doc. overnight? I brought this to the attention of a brilliant employee of 25 years, and said, my computer was being manipulated, by Apple, or an ex employee. And there is no one to talk to..I worked there, and saw people stealing, my computer in 2008, was hacked, and FBI had to get involved as my identity was stolen, by an employee. This is way out of control, I can prove it, screen shots, video's etc. and an FBI report. Don't trust anyone, and don't let them take your computer in the back, and do not do screen sharing, as I can prove, there were 3 people on my screen share at one session...
