Delmarva Collection Agency - I kept getting hangup calls lasting 1/2 to 1 ring. After about 2 months of these calls, icalled the number to see who was playing on the phone. The man who answered informed who they were when asked. When I asked why they were calling and hanging up, he informed me it was an aotmated system and there was a glitch in it. Four months later and the glitch has not been fixed. Unfair collection practices because they are filing court judgments with falsified documentation.
