It is from Kohl's and the problem I have is that they have called for an $8 balance which should have been billed to my address. They have the wrong address. I give them the correct address. They push me to make a payment over the phone. I say no, send me a bill and I will remit payment upon receipt. Each time I repeat myself and each time they take my info or confirm it and then ask me to pay $8, and each time I tell them, send the bill to the correct address and payment will be remitted. No internal communication on this collections agency or Kohls' or whomever this is.

Just got a call on a SUNDAY EVENING from 414 257-1975, "Unknown" on caller ID.Left no message.Googled the # & everyone else says it's Kohls.I've gotten previous calls from another phone # (903) 593-8790 that everyone said was Kohls and I'd called Kohls to complain as I've never had an account with them. They said they'd take care of the calls but now this call comes from a different Kohls' number? What's up with this?

Yes, this is Kohls. They call No Less than 15 times per day starting at 8:05 AM never leaving a message until their last call of the day around 8:45 PM. I am going to file a harassment lawsuit against them. They are only allowed to call once a day. And only if it is an active account. If there has been no activity for more than three years it is considered in active.
