I have no idea why this person is calling. Once I answered and asked who was calling and they got nasty and hung up. Now they call 4-5 times a day. I'm at work, so I miss them. I've been getting these calls at work during evening hours too for over two months now! No human being only an automated voicemail message. It is Kohl's credit center. I do not have an account with them. I have never even shopped there! I have been speaking with them for three weeks now trying to resolve it. They claim to not have record of my phone number in their system. I also get calls during the day (hang ups) from 903-593-8790. I'm trying to see if Verizon can block the calls. Make it stop!

I advised the caller that the company procedures need to be changed. I purchased gifts for grandchildren. The cashier said I could save by getting a Kohl's charge. Ok I gave them another charge card as verification and they opened an account for me. I asked the cashier to verify the mailing address..she said no need..they would get all the info off my other charge card. Now 4 months later they tell me I am late with my payments. I said I'm not late if I didn't receive a bill. I gave the girl the correct mailing address and said send me a bill. NOW THEY WILL NOT QUIT CALLING........all day long time after time.
