Text from craigslist. No name, no date of pick-up with promises to send money plus $40 to hold it for unknown period of time/ Later, same name as others, Clark Clifford...just weird, and abrupt responses to questions "he" never answered. I texted I would report him as he acted like a scammer.

yes this exact scam! responds to CL post w/in the hour, claims assistant will send full amount + $40 to keep the item for him. what tipped me off was the name he gave (only when i asked) "clark clifford." who gives a last name on craigslist? and also, clark clifford was a legal advisor to presidents truman-carter, and defense secretary under johnson. defense secretary! haha #SCAM
