I been threw out with them. I was on the one with the guy i asked him where he was from he said Nigeria i reported it to Comcast what the guy did Comcast did nothing to help me. I told Comcast you guys are the one who directed an connected Me to his Guy an said he was threw Nortons Security for internet trouble. After that i noticed every time i has call Comcast phone help line. i was connected to the same African American lady. She do nothing to help me. i found out threw the comcast office walk in they told me not when you call in you never Get the Same person on the phone. Its always some one diff. I then got rid of all Comcast services.
