They are selling travel trailer on craigslist, using fake support number to get numbers and pin off eBay gift cards for payment of item, even sending eBay invoices. Almost got me for $1000.

This person stole $800 from me on the 8th they promised to sell a truck to me and I had to get eBay gift cards worth up to $800. So I did called him up and gave him the numbers to the eBay gift cards over the phone and he said that eBay would send an email the next morning with confirmation numbers on it and also when the truck would arrive to my house. So the next morning I woke checked my emails I seen nothing new, so I called EBay back a***n and to my surprise it was Danny that answered the phone a***n and this time he hours to explain to me how I need to send an additional $1000.00 for shipping cost which the seller already told me she would take care of everything. So him and I are talking on the phone and he kept pressuring me to send more money and I told him no and I guess he got mad and he ***g the phone up on me just like that. At first I thought we got disconnected so I waited to the next day to call back and I did and he was still persistent about me giving him additional 1000. dollars so I reminded him a***n that I wasn’t giving another penny so he proceeded to **** up on for a second time and I haven’t been able to reach him anymore. I also knew so****ing was strange when I called back that second time I was telling him my problem and he says aw I know who you are I remember your phone number and you would think a place like eBay has thousands of. Customers how can he remember me and my phone number by heart. Know I email Eva Landerson the woman I am buying the car from to let her know the situation and she just told me oh it’s not that bad at least it’s refundable and was the last time I heard from her also.
