"Mark" claims to be a Best Buy geek squad rep. He said it would cost me $50 for the service I needed, which was issue with software instalation, but the $50 would be refunded back to me. Then tells me to go to my nearest CVS or Walgreens to purchase a $50 Google card in order to proceed then call him back. SCAMMER!!!
