This ****** ***k Indian dude called me and stated that he works for Microsoft security immediately identified him as a as a scammer told him he was calling a tennis court office and that there was no computer there when I asked him for his employee ID number and supervisor name he ***g up

Says they are WORLD PC CARE and caller was obviously some foreign country - not canada. web site is totally shady.shady stuff

I just got a phone call from this number, man with Indian accent, stating that he was with the US Govt...I am eligible for a US grant worth $5000, just had to answer a few questions.  He knew my name, address...it was creepy.  When I asked if this was real he got really upset and demanding, stating I had to answer the questions to get my money.  I hung up.

They just called me as well...I didn't answer.  Thanks for the info.

I have received 2 calls at work today from this number.  It hangs up as soon as I answer using our business' name.  I wonder if they'd talk if I just hello.  I want them to LEAVE me ALONE!

Have gotten 3 strange calls today and it's not even 10:00 am est!  All come up on here as scams.I blocked them all.

call 3-4 times a day .i don't answer as i do not know who they are. they hang up when answer machine picks up, say nothing.

Called me three times today.  Finally answered on the 3rd call to find out who it was and a guy with an accent asked for me by name, which he mispronounced badly.  I asked who he was and he said "Eric with your pharmacy".  I told him he had the wrong number and to take my phone number off their list and he just hung up on me.Now I'm wondering how they got my information!

Called my cell number and I picked up because I was expecting a call from the garage door company I just ordered my new garage door from.  The guy (with a spanish or indian accent) told me he was from Windows and that I had a virus and I need to turn on my computer if it is not and he'll help me.  And I said to him "I don't know what you're talking about.  I have a laptop which is a Mac and don't have Windows." And he kept on saying that I needed to do this - I don't think he understood English very well either. So, finally he understood that I didn't have Windows and that my computer was at home so I couldn't turn it on, even if I wanted to. He then asked me several times what operating system I was using and I told him several times what operating system I was using.  He asked me my name and age.  I then told him I needed to get back to work and I didn't think he was from Windows. He said "can I ask you this? Will you be my friend?" WTF?!?!?  I was trying to be nice and everything, and I said "no, because I don't know you." He kept persisting and asked if he could call me at a later time. I FINALLY got off the phone with them.  My co-workers laughed their a**es off. DO NOT answer if this number calls you........they're scammers of some sort.

A ex cuban girlfriend of my boyfriend still leaving in Cuba is calling at home sometimes to speak with him. He does not want to talk with her no more but she must have found a way to be able to make phone calls. i do not know if it is a international card system or phone calls card or else but it gets annoying.

Same pattern as Lizzy. Received a call from this number and from 206 445 6969, and two other numbers, each about 15 minutes apart.

I answer phone, background noise, then dead air. I also received a call earlier this morning with the same background noise and then dead air from a different number 206 445 6974. For this call my caller ID read "Service Message"

I get frequent calls from Cuba. latley when my friends call from there the number 416 364 1115 appears on my phne screen. What the heck?

Got a phone call at work from this number.  When I sent it to voice mail, the caller left no message.  I do not recognize this number.  I see that the area code is from Toronto, and I am in the U.S.

They called and told me that I had accepted a trial offer for my company to be listed in the yellow pages.  they claimed to have tried to contact me for renewal several times but failed so now I owe them somewhere around $900.  I couldn't really understand the person's thick indian accent on the phone.
