Message was in another language. The recording sounded like a Chinese speaker.

Annoying as ***k I work nights and they’re calling me from when I get off work till I’m supposed to wake up at 6pm they never leave a message and won’t stop calling

I called these people back and got a message saying that "you have contacted the office of CBV" or CTV, or something like that. I don't know who these people are but I plan on doing the same thing they do to me. They call numerous times during the day and even in the evening without leaving any message. If I do get a hold of them, I will be telling them that if they call me again, I will be filing a harassment suit against them.

some fake women telling me she is calling from collector agency and trying to get my personal info. where are cops when you need them?

i would be worried i got sued by this company its a legitimate firm

i got a call from this number states is a legal representive for collection agency did research and is legitimate, I owed money to a credit card and now after me to sue possibly i am doing all i can to pay my debt know, this person is supposed to be serious.

These bastards called me @ 8 am, I obviously have my bills in some one elses name cause I have no credit.  So I asked what it was about so I can relay the message so the told me they can't cause I'm not on the account. Wierd But every other company will talk to me. BY THE WAY BELL SUCKS A** !!! THEY HARRASSED ME 5 TIMES A DAY IF NOT MORE , SOME TIMES ONE CALL RIGHT AFTER THE OTHER. I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE CENER CHARGED FOR HARRASSMENT  -NOW THIS THE # THAT CALLS NOW IS 416 - 482 - 7692AND IS THE CBV COLLECTION.

I got call this morning, and they ask someone who i has same last name but different first name as me. I told them it is not ! so.  wried!

Folks, hi.This is a Debt collector name is CBV Collection Service Ltd located in Toronto.I suggest sending them Faxes from Word to their voice line, and set up MicrosoftFax Console to do it every few minutes!

Sounds like a scam/phisher to me. CDV services they called themselves. I called them back because they left an encryptic message on my mother's phone. When confronted about why they made the call, they conveniently answered that they could not provide me information because I wasn't the person in question. When I then inquired about what they do in general, I got the run-around and never got a straight answer.

Calls my cell every single day.  Never leaves a message.  Getting tired of this.  I just got this cell number 3 weeks ago and this caller seems to have latched right now
