Hey, I actually work for Wilkins Research. We are a research firm. We sit at a computer and surveys pop up. We are hired by different organizations (insirance, radio stations, city government, etc...) Our computer dials the numbers that the company puts into our system. Whether it's a cell phone, fax machine, whatever it is. We have no control over who it calls. HOWEVER if you don't want us to call you-when you receive a phone call, just please politely let us know. The no call list does not pertain to us since we do not sell anything. All we do is ask you the questions and type your answers into the computer.

I called the number and got a recording saying they are some sort of opinion poll place, that they are not trying to sell anything, that it is a survey of some type so they hope next time we answer the call when they call again. No way to get off their calling list, alas. If you google, the number and address is for SENTRY INSURANCE COMPANY, so they are probably doing market research about how much you pay for insurance, etc - to find out if they can sell to you.
