My opinion: Talked with the supposed owner of this # for about 6 weeks. He told he his name was Georgio D'Angelo, and I met him a the dating app, ***ble.com He said he had a romantic interest in me, and wanted to meet. Suddenly, he had to travel, supposedly to Qatar. When he was supposed to come back, there was a sudden emergency, and he needed $325,000 to fix the problem. He needed money from me, and the amount decreased over days, then finally down to $20k that he wanted me to wire. He wanted it to be wired to a different name, not the name he originally gave me, Georgio. I realized he was a "catfish", running a romance scam on me, just to try and get money out of me. All of the foregoing is my opinion, based on my phone conversations and texting with the man who had this phone number.
