100% spammer saying your vehicle's warranty will be expired, but compare to the phone fraud calls in ****a, they are so young and so immature in they phone to let others to believe them, anyway, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Location reported coming from Everett, WA. As other people have said, they're a company trying to get you to buy extended protection on your car. Spam phone call, this is the second one I've gotten in a couple months. You can push them for questions and get them to **** up, or just **** up when you hear the opening line. Please keep reporting these to as many sites as you can.

Called me today. Told that they were a Autoprotection company and also offered me extended warranty. Asked for a mileage on the vehicle. This is not the first time the do it, so I told them I have one and saked not to call me a***n. Person was nice and wished a good day. First time ever I **** up on them first :)

Got a call , followed by dial tone for 3 seconds and then some person confirming my name. They immediately ***g up without saying anything else.

Much like the others below, I heard a ring when I answered and the woman on the line told me she was from the Auto Protection Department. She knew my old address plus the make and model of my car. She said my warranty was up (it was, I knew when it ended) and that she could help me extend it. She asked if I still lived at the address, I said no and that I wasn't going to buy anything from her because she wasn't from Hyundai (which she was consistently mis-pronouncing). She ***g up on me before I got "good luck scamming people you *************" out of my mouth.

I talked to "Jonathan Hannon," he so kindly spelled it for me too, as if I cared. Then he ****ed up five minutes giving EVERY detail as to what the "Full Platinum" covered. When I begged him to cut to the chase he rattled off his rock-bottom, lowest price and said it was the very last chance and that I had to pay with a credit card via the phone in order to lock in the price. I said I'd pass because of the cost (I figured it was a scam) and he spewed out a bunch of junk and then ***g up on me. What a great guy Jonathan Hannon is!!

Got a call from this number and when I picked up I heard a ringing tone. After a few seconds I was transferred to a person who beside my phone no., knew my full address, make and model of my car. Then I was transferred to 3 more persons with different positions in 'their department' and it all s****ed to smell fishy when they tried to make me an offer for a warranty extension. I quickly searched online, saw your comments and ***g up. High probability of scam. Thank you!

Auto protection department, telling me my warranty was up on a car I had and sold 10 years ago. When I told them this they ***g up on me.

I also got a call from them, when I asked for there business name they said "auto protection department" . That was not an answer. then they wanted me to verify some info, s****ing with my SSN. I ***g up. Scam

They said they were the "Auto Protection Department" however I have no business with them and they have no reason to call me. They did not leave a voicemail on my phone.
