I initiated a chat through the new update to windows 10 which ended up as win 11. He asked me my phone and email. He helped me with my email after he called me. The phone was 425 -635-2970. Now I don't know if I talked to scamer. He asked me to give rating on the screen was that legit.

I saw the call as "missed" a did a reverse look-up to see who could have called me because I don't give my number out.

I purchased Microsoft 365 and it would not install. I have been trying to install the program since October 03, 2022. I am a buzy lady so randomly call when I am able. Today I signed up for " Been Verified " and I am having the same problems as some of you have had . It is all Microsoft orientated. I am thinking that this is a former Microsoft employee or employees. Help!

Odd that the s***'s bot called me (twice) just after I'd left a callback number for actual MSFT support.

Had issues with my microsoft account on Friday. Couldn't use it all!! Thank God my IT was able to resolve it on Sunday. THIS SCAMMER CALLED ME TODAY ON MY CELL, SAID THEY WERE MICROSOFT. SOUNDED VERY PROFESSIONAL! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS NUMBER!!

I fell for this call, said they were Microsoft. They wanted to screen share and it didn't work, so I had to create an entry portal for them. Had me on the phone about an hour and accomplished nothing. Said they would call back to finish. After I was cyber hacked to death, many of my computer files stolen and transferred out. I had a business and the files removed were my intellectual property. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

They tricked my folks into letting them be logged into their pc all day to supposedly fix an issue with Microsofts POS 365. THIS IS NOT MICROSOFT DO NOT LET THEM DIAL IN AND STEAL FROM YOU

Called me 4 times in a hour. No message and I didn't answer any of the calls.

I had audio issues with my laptop then i clicked on my audio button and it redirected me to them. They seemed real and I was on the official Microsoft app. However, their accents really threw me off. I gave them my name and email thinking they were the real deal, but I hung up immediately out of fear. I would recommend avoiding this number.

Got the Windows has detected pop up and to call 1-833-226-5100 are my acct would be deleted; I googled MS Office are so I thought call the number listed only to find it too was a SCAM number 425-635-2970 they returned my phone asking me to allow them access to my PC when I said no she hung up on me.

This number was shown as a call from my phone #. I believe I called the Microsoft Help Line (1-800-642-7676) & was switched to 425-635-2970 . Thus I'm charged for a long distance call that I thought was toll fee!!!
