I initiated a chat through the new update to windows 10 which ended up as win 11. He asked me my phone and email. He helped me with my email after he called me. The phone was 425 -635-2970. Now I don't know if I talked to scamer. He asked me to give rating on the screen was that legit.

I fell for this call, said they were Microsoft. They wanted to screen share and it didn't work, so I had to create an entry portal for them. Had me on the phone about an hour and accomplished nothing. Said they would call back to finish. After I was cyber hacked to death, many of my computer files stolen and transferred out. I had a business and the files removed were my intellectual property. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

I had audio issues with my laptop then i clicked on my audio button and it redirected me to them. They seemed real and I was on the official Microsoft app. However, their accents really threw me off. I gave them my name and email thinking they were the real deal, but I hung up immediately out of fear. I would recommend avoiding this number.

Don't answer. These people claim to work for Micro Soft but try and sell you life time protection for $1599.00 a year. I called Micro Soft customer service and they confirmed it was a spam. Advised me to report them.

on the phone it did show microsoft corp calling calling along with this phone number 425-6352970. They asked if the work they did on 4/1/16 was still working. told them no it was not and would like them to try again. They told me to call them back the 4 or 5 Monday or Tuesday. Will find out today.
