Called and left a message to call them back. I call and only get a voice mail. I left a message with my full name and spelt out last name. I also let them know, I know I have no dept so I would like o find out who's giving my privet number out. They refuse to call me back.

If a collection agency calls you and leaves the name of somebody they claim is a debtor, that's a Violation. Get more information from FTC.gov, and from your state's attorney general and medical board.

dude calling my business phone over and over leaving messages for some chick named Kimberly. Dude. I know you listen to my voicemail. It's pretty clear I'm not her. Lucky for him he always calls when I am away from my desk.

I guess it is a debt collector but they never leave a message.

Caller identified himself from Merchants Credit and was trying to collect on a bill for someone we have not been****ociated with in many years.  We have never seen a bill for what he is claiming and would not give any details.  He got very angry and said I was not willing to cooperate and all I was asking for details and he would not provide them.As far as I know I was current with ******ia Mason when I c****ed doctors.

These people have called my phone 10 + times a day.  One day I finally answered to ask who they were and why they were calling my phone.  They said they wanted to talk to Jose Gueterz (?) I said they had the wrong number!  They said then how can we get ahold of him?  I said I have no idea I don't know who that is.  She got really testy with me, very rude & told me that I DO know him & I WILL give them the information or they will come after me for it!  I laughed and said YEAH - TRY AND GET BLOOD FROM A TURNIP! GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!  I ***g up!  They called a***n the next day - I told them that I wanted put on their do not contact list - that this was not HIS number & to leave me ALONE!  She s****ed with what is YOUR name? What is your address - I said OH***** NO I am not giving you MY information!  She said that if I didn't cooperate that I would be in violation of some Penal Code, blah blah blah!  I said well let me take that up with my boss "Patty Murry" - (which of course was a joke) they ***g up and NEVER called me back!  Still laugh about that to this day!

This number has been calling me about a friend of mine, who has some debt, but I told them that it was the wrong number... I don't even know how they got my cell phone number....

these yahoos just called me, wanted to speak to jessica (my step daughter) i asked who it was, she wouldnt say any thing other then her name. when i told her my daughter was 16, she said let me talk to her. i said are you ****** she is 16, she is in school. i *69'd the number, and got a hold of a lady who transfered me. apparently they were looking for a jessica with a different last name who lives in kent, we live in hoquiam. who are these clowns?

I got a call from these phone number and I wonder how they got my cell number.A Mr Davis called and am soppose to a Mrs ***ter, I dont why they have cell number.

they called me about a medical bill i do owe. however, huge part of it should've been covered by my insurance. for some reason it never happened, my insurance company never got billed for it. I told that to the collector trying to resolve this and asking how this can get paid, also to set up payment plan for the other portion i owe. all of a sudden she got really freaky on me. she said she checked my credit history, it's very good and i have enough money on my credit cards to pay the balance in full right away! (over $1,500!) that's after i told her i had a baby and was not working now. the story about my credit is not true either. i have credit monitoring service, and they sent me my credit report two weeks before this call. it was not good, and there was about $200 left available to use! she also threatened to take legal actions a***nst me if i didn't pay within 3 days! what the heck? there is a reason why the account is in default in the first place! not because i'm trying to avoid responsibility. because things in life happen, people have babies and loose jobs! i'm not the kind of person who would not pay bills, but to pay $1,500 in 3 days from my credit cards for a family with one income provider? that's kind of a crazy expectation at this time with all that's going on.. besides being debt collectors they also need to be human beings!

I get a call from this number 2 times a week, I don't have caller ID so its hard to avoid, they keep asking for a guy i do not know, and trying to confirm some address that is not mine, today i had it! i pointed out they call repeatedly and that this number has been ours for over 20 years! and a***n that this person does not live here nor is he affiliated with anyone in the household, they are rude crass and just down right nasty, they call themselves the office of  Mrs frank and keep telling me the only way they will stop calling is if i tell this guy to call them, i told them if they call back a***n i would file harassment charges, I'm not sure how to do that but If they call back I'm going to find out how.And to reply to the person above me who says "These people do not make up phone numbers to call, someone somewhere gave out the number.  It's amazing to me how no one ever owes a bill!" tare mostly these idiots call my buisness for someone who has NEVER worked here or even been a cusomer for all I know!  i tell them NOT to call here anymore they are disrupting my ability to take care of legitimate calls and service from my customers.  the calls stop for a while then s**** a***n every few months with some other caller!  Remember these people are losers who can not get jobs anywhere else! My sister owns a collection agency back east, she told me these "agents" are mostly  the bottom of the barrel left overs that other firms won't hire.  They need only be able to memorize scripted questions and answers.  The less scrupuless collection agenceys ignore or hire "****" personalities.  But the ONLY way to beat them is to make complaints to your Attorney General! They will investigate it! C****e your phone number to an unlisted non-published one, save yourself some stress.  Legally they can not call you at your place of buisness/work if you tell them not to! PERIOD! You tell them to contact you only by mail, they have to oblige!these laws apply even if you owe the debt! These people feed on intimidation.  If they can scre you they will.  If they can anger you they win! So do not give them the opportunity....thye will move on to someone who will talk to them!

I got a call on my cell from a rude sounding "MR DAVIS"  for my X HUSBAND!!! from this number..i disconnected my home number because all the calls were collectors for him...how did they ever get my cell number ???crazy!!Good advice above... Do not answer if you do not recognize the number.Be safe everyone:-)life can be so sweet

I get a call from this number almost everyday.  I don't own any debt to any one.  I never picked up the phone and they never left a message.

If you don't recognize a number...ANY number...simply don't answer it. If it is important to them, the caller will leave a message. Then you can determine if it is important to you.LDTacoma

My most recent call from these folks was actually for me, over a medical debt that I am unsure how it ended up with them as I happened to be paying it to the original biller with an arrangement.  The person who called, however, was a slow talker, extremely rude, grating, and*****-bent on wasting my time and cell minutes nattering at me.  I ***g up on her before she said anything of use, because I got sick of waiting for her to grow another ***in cell to rub a***nst the other one...It used to be when I get a call from this number, its for some dude with a ****stani name, who they are convinced I am hiding from them somehow, and they insist I know where he is and they're going to "come down on me like a ton of bricks" or whatever if I don't give him the phone.  So finally I took the bait and gave them my home address and invited them to send the Feds after me, I'd be HAPPY to talk to some authorities about them.  The calls for the ****stani gentleman suddenly stopped.  I was honestly surprised to see the number on my caller id screen a***n.  :)

She asked for my number, and said she had removed me from their list.All in all, very poor customer service, even from a collections agency. Yikes.

I used to be in collections.  This guy I just spoke to was very polite.  As long as you're polite to the collector, they'll work with you.  Trust me, I know this from experience from being on the other end of the phone.

Okay, Yes they are a collection Agency, and if you ever recieve a call like that from them TAPE IT! record it. send to the Washington state Attorney general. they will get investigated. and fined for each call like that.s**** a log. when they called. it  is a federal law not to call you before 8am and after 9pm.good luck with these losers!

We have received very VERY rude calls from this number.  First when they called they told us we won so****ing - and my husband interrupted him and told him (jokingly) - really?  you've won so****ing too!  Two days and three nights! (get it?  not a trip - just the two days and three nights - yes - we were quoting a skit).  He had the nerve to call back and ask him - "would that be with your wife or your daughter?" and ***g up.Truly unbelievable.He called a***n tonight and was just as rude and sarcastic.  How do we block these calls??

I get at least one call a day on my cell phone.
