The Caller/ Scammer in Question is Calling from a spoofed number and the first 2 numbers will not show up on most caller I/D's Because they are set for only 10 numbers. The complete Spoofed number is 11432-878-4000 so you Cannot Block it with your phones I have traced the caller to a overseas relay in India . seeing as you can only block ! a 10 digit number and not a 12 these jerkwads can repeatedly call you over and over the best way to deter them is using a loud sound device when you answer that will bust their ears like I have done and they quit caling
