I tried calling it from a different number in the middle of the night to see who they were. An answering machine comes on and states that all representatives are busy and to leave a number so they can return your call. They do not give the name of their company. When I answered, a message told me to wait for an operator. Someone named Steve came on and asked for a business by name. I asked who was calling, and he said RPM. I asked who RPM was, and he became very rude. He said the call was being recorded by a government agency, and then he asked me if I wanted him to remove my phone number from the list. I kept asking who he was, and he hung up.

They have called as early as 7:45am and as late as 9:05pm as well as 4, 5 and sometimes 6 times in a row. When I stopped answering the phone when they would call they started to call me at work. I told at least 5 different people that the charge in which they are trying to collect was not mine and that I was disputing the charge with the phone company that they were representing. That did not matter to them they just wanted there money. The messed up thing is that I have gotten 3 different amounts that I owe. Phone calls started approximately in October of 2008 and are a daily occurances, sometimes multiple times a day. When the phone is answered, it goes to a dial tone.
