was contacted via text message from this number, about purchasing an item i had listed for sale on web site. text message was odd/strange UNUSUALL English. after checking with BeenVerified, it was discovered that this phone number is owned by "no one" under the Western Wireless Corp; which HAD provided cellular to 19 western US states and 7 countries...EXCEPT THIS COMPANY Western Wireless merged with Alltel Corporation in August 2005.
