My SECOND carpet ROBO-Call of the day. (The other one from another faked #). As usual, reported to DONOTCALL.gov within minutes (but I've been doing this for over a year w/ no lessening of calls). I think this is my 3rd call from this fake # in a few months.Wish we could do so****ing else, my carrier T-Mobile claims there's nothing they can do - but then how did Verizon manage to sue the Auto-warranty robo-callers for millions of dollars?I've even pretended to play along once pretending I was interested to try & get some information about them to report and they refused to give any specifics "we work with a lot of local contractors in your area". All they kept asking was for my address.

Received call from this number "Bill from Steam Cleaners" and pushed 1 to get a live person; asked her the name of the company, and she said the Steam Cleaners; told her I needed to give her another number to call - she asked why - I told her because I have pushed 8 before to be removed and am on the dnc list and I wanted to give her another number to call so they would stop calling mine - she said "Well that isn't going to work lady" and ***g up. Call the number back - recording states it "is not a working number."

Received this auto call today ; Steam Cleaning company - I have pushed '8' before to have number removed - that does not good; so I pushed one and when a live body came on the line, just s****ed saying "the number you have reached has been c****ed; the new number is 973-474-9051" - believe they ***g up during my 's***ch' -btw this number I gave is a working number it is the "Telemarketer's Nightmare" - I have several I give including the number to the White House switchboard.......I figure let them deal with this - I'm also going to s**** giving the numbers of my senators - let them deal with it too. Same **** carpet cleaning ROBO-Call spam. "Isn't it time you had your carpets cleaned". Called the # back & it was faked of course, not a valid phone #. Reported to DONOTCALL.gov as usual.T-Mobile claims they can't do anything about these calls. But Verizon sued for millions & stopped the car warranty robo-callers from calling their customers... so it's got to be able to happen somehow!(makes me want to forgive Verizon for the wiretapping of its customers and switch to them if they'll make these calls stop).

You know what? I would generally report any unwanted and unsolicited number both to the National Do Not Call Registry and the FCC. From my experience, that really works. So the perpetrator stopped calling me once and for all.
(435) 654-8585
I got recorded message about carpet cleaning. It's strange the caller ID says it's a cell phone in Utah. I'm in Pennsylvania. That's a long way to go for a carpet cleaning job.I suspect the caller ID is fake.

I've learned from wat****g a story on one of the national news magazine shows that these losers use computer programs that c****e the info displayed on Caller ID, so the info you see on your phone may be completely fake. For this number, the Caller ID says it's a cell phone, but when you call the number, you get a message that it's not a working #.To gripe about telemarketers who break the rules or break the law, contact your state attorney general and the Federal Trade Commission. If the telemarketer is a telecommunications company, complain to the Federal Communications Commission.
