Pretty sure this is a scam. They sent the following message. "Illinois Tollway Services, our records indicate that your vehicle has an unpaid toll invoice. To avoid additional charges of $52.90, please settle your balance of $5.29 at illinoistollwayinvoice..com" I reported and blocked the number. But beware because the link seems almost legit, but isn't because Illinois tollway will never text you that you have a balance.
