Justin called and said they're in process to send to me court from an 2015 EZ Pay Day Loan from 2015. They used my maiden name, old address from 7 years ago, provided employment I never worked and bank information I never had. SCAMMMMM! Told me send all my personal information to email: [email protected], nothing in the subject line, no case number provided, reference, etc. Heck no, I will not.

Voicemail was for my husband on my cell phone. Didn’t say who they were but threatening that someone filed a complaint against him and they will either show up at his home or place of employment. Then she said “you have officially been notified”
