I listened to one voicemail referencing Optum HealthCare. Not interested. Blocked the number, and they continue to call, but cannot leave annoying voicemail messages now. AARP no help until I threatened to cancel my insurance. Suddenly the calls stopped!

Wanted to come out to see me about insurance, said received a card I mailed to them, but I only wanted info not sign up. He didn't listen he had one thing on his mind, a bonus (money) when he sells the policy for Health inurance. If I get another call from United Health Care I am cancelling my AARP.

Keep calling and don't leave a message. I looked this number up and said it's unitedhealth care so I called them and the message said its a house program. These same people keep calling me using different number. I never applied for nothing
(443) 492-2800
don't know who this is and they called my work
(443) 492-2800
wouldn't say anything so I looked it up. I see others have left comments on other site that says they are from United Health Care. I'm calling my agent to fix this.
(443) 492-2800
Indian accent saying I needed an in home health check to continue my insurance. When asked to mail me info they asked for my address. They should know that if I'm really their customer. Scam!
(443) 492-2800
Voice mail said urgent. I called back again to let them know I wasn’t interested in a home visit. I was disconnected. I had asked them to refrain from calling and it has continued.

It's a service from insurance company. However, I'm not interested plus don't want to discuss it. I see my Dr regularly every three months based on annual exam labs. I don't want to see other specialist
(443) 492-2800
Supposedly from United health care, sounds like he is from Mumbai...something about home visits, long way to come for that...right
(443) 492-2800
If they would call from the number listed on the member card then I might listen, but they call my landline and cell from so many different numbers that I am very skeptical. I received a mailing regarding this and opted out and don't want anyone entering my home under the pretext of "home visits".
(443) 492-2800
This is a call from United HealthCare. They have a programs called "home visits" or something like that where they send a health professional to your home. I don't know what all it is that they actually offer to help with, but I don't think it's much.
(443) 492-2800

United Healthcare Medicare Advantage operates this program, and it is called "Housecalls". I and my wife are an enrollee in this program, and find it to be a sound program. We invited them into our house. They sent a Physician's Assistant, who is directly employed by them, to our house. First, they explained that any information that they obtained would be shared with our primary care physician. They further suggested that their "Housecalls" program sometimes discovers medical conditions not found by the PCP. I'll accept that. They also did a short "memory test" in the form of a Q & A, and took a urine sample. My big concern is this: After they did their clinical routine, they then did their HIPAA patient information disclosure on an electronic tablet, for which they asked for a sign-off and provided no copy to you of what you were signing off. I have a BIG PROBLEM with this for 2 reasons: 1) they asked for the HIPAA disclosure AFTER their clinical routine (this should be revealed before anything is done, just as is the case in the physician office; 2) it was an incomplete disclosure in that it was explained in their statement (for which I was not provided a copy) that this information would be shared with your primary care physician. It did not state that the information would ONLY be shared with the PCP, and when I brought this question up to their organization, I was told that their lawyers were not going to change the wording. THIS IS WRONG because what they failed to inform you about that this open disclosure could mean that ALL OF THE OTHER PARTIES WITHIN UNITED HEALTHCARE would have access to this information. It was clearly not the same disclosure standard with which I am familiar in the physician office setting. I believe that UHC is being deceitful in its disclosure by being silent on this (that other unstated parties may have access to this information). Incidently, I have also heard that United Healthcare will utilize this health status information in order to extract even more money from the federal government (a so-called morbidity adjustment), which is a losing proposition for we the United States taxpayers. So because a physician's assistant asks you to sign a disclosure, I would not sign it because I believe it to be incomplete. I would further suggest that the information that United Healthcare is collecting can and will be used to their advantage. United Healthcare's information disclosure in these “Housecalls” needs to be held to the same standard as other healthcare providers.
(443) 492-2800
It's a legitimate call from AARP United Healthcare for benefit information to arrange a house call as provided by the insurance plan coverage. NOT a scam!
(443) 492-2800
United Healthcare has contracted out these 'house calls', per ACA (Obamacare) requirements. It is a scam, just like the law itself. They don't leave a message and you can't 'opt-out'. I recommend adding the number (443-492-28xx) to your call reject list.
(443) 492-2800
We received a call on our office line from that number at about 4 PM today. When I answered the call no one responded. The caller ID said "Housecalls," so I assumed it was from some kind of business which has to do with help for senior citizens in order to keep them in their homes. But maybe not.

United Health Care regarding Home Visits. They just won't give up. I already told them not to call.
(443) 492-2800
called cell phone ... didn't leave any message!
(443) 492-2800
United Health - I requested they stop calling me 2 months ago, it let up for a while but this week, they are back to calling daily.
(443) 492-2800
They call constantly. I filed a complaint with United Health and they said it takes 72 hours to do through. Their id is "house calls". They want to set up house visits. I told them repeatedly that we do not need them and one person was really rude and was upset that we did not want them. I just open the phone and close it now to stop the ringing. My block incoming storage is full
(443) 492-2800
United health care wants to tell you about a health plan. It is important you call them. Phone message they left.
