It is a**hole collection companies like this that give the one's who do the job right a bad reputation.I am a bill collector and do my job by the law and don't harass anyone. I mean think about it why should I?, It isn't my bill or my credit.I just wanna let everyone know who is getting calls from this company including my Fiance**********WHAT THIS COMPANY IS DOING IS 100% ILLEGAL AND ATTORNEY'S LOVE TO SUE COLLECTION AGENCIES!!!******** Call the company back and have your tape recorder ready and stick it to them just like they say they are gonna do to you and then lets see who walks outta the courtroom laughing. Also another bit of information for everyone if you write to them and request proof of the debt and they don't provide it to you in 30days it is nolonger a valid debt and make sure to also add in there a cease and decist for all your phone numbers so they can't call you anymore (they cannot by law continue to call if you put it in writting) also send it certified so they can't say they didn't get it. Look up the FDCPA Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (it is the laws that 3rd party collectors have to go by)Hope this has helped those of you who were unaware how bill collectors are supposed to act.
