Note: This was only email communication with the phone number in the email but there is no option to choose email so I picked text message, which is not accurate.
Received a legitimate sounding email which included this phone number to sell a property they owned but they were overseas at the moment for a medical procedure. The name and property address corresponded to the county records EXCEPT for the middle initial which was different. A few days later, I received another email from a different email address, different name, no phone and no specific address except for the county but worded almost verbatim without the specific address.

This is a mobile bank deposit scam. They are rea****g out to some businesses stating they want a website or a particular service you offer. From their they will say they will buy said product. When payment options are given they for some reason cannot do any other form of payment. The only type they want to do is a mobile check deposit. This is a known spam/fraud tactic.
