This is an in house collection for Bank of America. I have called Bank Of America and reported how rued these people are. When I called the number back they hung up on me when I asked if they were Bank of America????????I have never had a problem with the 800 # fo Bank Of America. I know that credit card compines are worried these days, but this FIA Card Servies does not represent Bank of America in a good way. What a shame, that people have to be put through this, don't talk to these people just call the 800 # and they will help you, and will be REALLY REALLY nice.
