Saw the reviews listed here. Decided to call him back because this seemed very serious. Glad I called back because I also have a friend who didn't talk to him about a bad check and was actually filed on. Just take care of whatever it is that he is calling about because my friend was not happy about the outcome in court.
Received a call about fraud turned out it was regarding a check I'd written that had not cleared. I was not aware that it bounced. Glad that I did actually call the guy back.

Claimed that I owe 1500 for an unpaid payday loan that I never took out. Threatened that they would escalate to the county office and wage garnishment would begin.
No message left. Caller ID said "Nsid".

They left a case number 210489, and if I don't call they will escalate to the authorities.
