Wanted to help me get my card interest rate lowered to "zero to 6%" Frighteningly, had a bunch of information including by current BALANCE and DATE and AMOUNT of LAST PAYMENT!!!!! Initially said he was from Chase and wanted to lower our interest rate. He asked what the last four numbers on our card are. RED FLAG! We questioned him further and he said he was from Visa. I immediately locked my Chase card and called customer service for a new card.
