From this number they called and left a voicemail on 2/28/2017at 6:52 pm. There, they identified themselves as some university (missed the name) calling on behalf of Miami and Green Health Department. Want to talk to "the resident". Asked for call them back at 888-249-8912 and left some 4 digits reference number. You said... what?? TERRIBLY SUSPICIOUS = BLOCKED.
