This number has called me many times last week and when I dial it, it hesitates like it is going to ring but ****s up instead. Please find out who this is. I think this is what is called a pass through number, which means they are using someone else's number to make this call and this is the passthrough they are using. Been Verified, can you somehow check this? I have called AT&T about other numbers and this is what they have told me.
