Hsw IS exempt from the national DNCR. You can file all the complaints to whomever you want, but you're wasting more time than if you would have just taken the 3min call to begin with. Btw, you will get called once a year as long as you have a prefix number in their callig area(100 mile radius of ft smith). There's NO way around it. So drop it.

HSW better known as Harris Siding and Windows. Now that I know who it is I will answer next time. They were calling non stop a year or so ago and I let them have it and told them I would file a complaint with the attorney general and they stopped but they are starting again. Maybe a whistle will do the job this time.

I've been getting several calls from this number on my home phone, and what's creepier is that the number called my cell phone once or twice, too. On my cell phone, I picked up and actually got a person. It was a man with a low voice... the convo went like this:Hello?Hello.Who is this?Is this your cell phone?Yes, this is a cell phone number, but who is this?Then he hung up. The number has called my home phone more than once after this. I just tried calling back twice, but it won't accept my call. When they call me and I pick up in time, they hang up.
