Thank you guys so much for this blog, I fell for the same trap! They emailed me about Shiba Inu puppies up for adoption.  She was "supposedly" living in SC but then had to move to Arkansas for work.  They really do ask you all the right questions but as soon as she said pay to  a company in Cameroon via Blue Way Pet Shippers. I Found it a little suspicious especially when they kept calling me trying to get my money! DON'T FALL FOR THIS! They are horrible people to do this! Make sure to ask all the right questions.

I was contacted by Loenna Richards about English Bulldog puppies and was told all i would have to do is give Blue Way Pet Shippers $250.00. They asked all sorts of legit questions such as my home envirnment, how much time the dog will spend alone, etc. Then i get the Western Union bit and i snooped around and found this. So thank you!!

linda,ours was exactly the same word for word except her mum has cancer and she is a policewoman who works long hours and cant look after them either,the prominant thing that caught me up was the question as to why is she so keen to get them sent,she wanted them sent the next day!  i then questioned this by asking for the companys name as to whether they were reputable before payment commenced,i just hope other people will do the same,its a sad sick world when someone has to lie about somebody having cancer.

many thanks tom,she has given a very good but,at the same time..sad story,her mum has been diagnosed with cancer and unable to cope with the pups anymore,she has said there is a 1yr guarantee with the pup,but when asked what deliverey company was she using from ireland it was blueway service as this was the nearest to her.i have just checked in ireland that company dosent exist so obviously it isnt the nearest,im pleased i saw these comments on here after i looked at their mispellings used on their page for starters.we have found pups for sale closer within drive range to be able to see and trust,again many thanks to u all for the comments on here.

If i were you, i wouldnt trust her at all. Just look in some pet shops and see whats available, no one on the internet who wants your details straight up on the website are to be trusted.

we have found a couple of puppies via a private seller on the net.she has said as theres a distance btween us the pup will be sent via pet deliverey,i wanted to know who and if the company is viable and trusted before making a payment to them,she said shell get back to me on the company she was going to use,this is blue way pet shipping services,after reading these its made me stop.

some man m johnson was gonna give me a african grey parrot with cage for 250 shiping and of course i call the num for the shipping company (blue way shipping) and a foreign man answers like this: hello? o are you michelle for the puppy? wtf is that wat kind of business answers a phone like that, like they only have ONE person lined up when there supost to ship all over the world lol so i jus hung up on them. im not even michelle either so they must hav another poor lady tricked bout some dog.

They almost got my wife for $300, trying to get a Bichon. Who moves out of state with a litter of puppies!  They need to get a better back story or use better grammar when emailing. Easy to spot when they say they are giving away a dog worth over $500.

I also almost got scammed today 5/03/10 by a guy who had posted up an ad for siberian huskies. He called himself Tom Dree and said all id have to do was pay the shipping company: blue way pet shippers. This guy keeps calling me from that 479 number asking if ive already made the western union transfer. Luckily i went to western union and they told me it seemed like a scam. It had already seemed pretty fishy and now im glad i didnt go through with it. I recommend someone call the cops on these peoplePSeven the sit seemed suspicious and the indu sounding guy does too

I had agreed to recieve a African Grey Parrot from a man in Califorina. I saw his ad on a pet classified. In order to recieve the parrot I had to pay $250 dollars thru this shipping company which is located out of the US. I've been looking for Husky puppies and I found a couple of sites and inquired about them, when the listed three locations within 20 miles of where I live they told me that they had moved to OH and would ship them to me, but I'm not stupid, I asked for a shippers name before it went any further.  This happened today 4/26/2010

My wife and I were looking for an akita pup they were trying to get us for 400 we got suspious and google the shipping and they were trying to get us to western union to camerroon africa

they scammed m and now payed $1200 for siberian husky that i never got...

They are also using that number for blue way pet shippers. They us it in a pet scam

They called me from this number and tried to get me to wire money by Western Union to Tiko, Cameroon. This was following my response to an online classifed listing for free Boston Terrier pups to good home, all I had to do was pay for the shipping costs. Fortunately I got suspicious and Googled the shipper name they were using, Crown Pet Shippers. I found a story of one person who had gotten scammed by this same shipper.
