the number is Mesa, AZ, but the call came from a Columbus, OH cingular residence. It left me an automated voice mail saying to enter my password. It then hangs up. It is a scam spam and spoofed number. You can bloc it by using the phone itself and not a third party app.

This number is a short code used for texting. People use the short codes to hide who they are. This particular number is run by a company called pro texting. They can even assign this short code to legitimate numbers in your contact list. Then what ever number they assign the short code that legit number will show up on the bill. Look in Frequently used contacts for strange things which are slightly different. E,g they may have the same number twice but the second one will have a +1 in front as a country code. Try and block the number. You can’t via smart limits but maybe able to on phone in settings.
