Western States Home Services is in Chandler,AZ. The company is a telemarketing firm associated with Western States Flooring and is in the same building. They do AC work. Without exaggeration this company has continuously called me for over 1 YEAR!!! 2 calls this past week, last month 6 calls and so on. Eric, the mgr (if you can reach him by phone) states he will take your number off the lists...he has told me this 2 times before. I have just filed a complaint with the BBB in AZ ALONG with calling our FCC in good ole Washington DC. Believe it or not they have extremely prompt service and will contact annoying companies such as WSHS and make them stop....as it is, you know....AGAINST THE LAW....unsolicited phone calls from telemarketing companies. They take care of pests like this real quick !!!! By the way...Eric denies his company WESTERN STATES HOME SERVICES has no affiliation with WESTERN STATES FLOORING....STATING THEY "SHARE A LINE" AND ARE IN THE "SAME BUILDING"...you figure that one out. LIAR !!! Who would buy anything from these low lifes !!!

A man from Western States Home Service called regarding air conditioning sales and being price-matched with Cox, etc. I informed him that we are on the Do Not Call list and to remove me. His response: "I'm sorry about that." Well, if you're so sorry, then stop making illegal calls to me! I have received hang-up calls from this number previously, and they have also called when I've been out and not left messages... the multiple calls was why I finally picked up to find out who it was.

The caller hung up after hearing my voice. When I checked my caller ID and called back the man said his number was 480-345 (five) -4126. He said someone else called him with the same problem the day before. I tried again and got a fast busy signal. Tried 10 minutes later and got a recording for WESTERN STATES HOME SERVICES.Why would they hang up after I answered? I am also on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST. I called back and alerted this company that: 1) I do not want any more phone solicitations 2) I am on the National Do Not Call registry 3) some other person is getting call backs complaining and he isn't even there number, and 4) People are complaining on the internet.His response: Thank you. (That was it! No, "I'll take care of this.", etc.Very disappointing!

Called me and left a weird message of some woman talking in the background and then what it seemed like fake sneezing before hanging up. Looked up the number and saw that it belongs to Western States Home Services, who apparently are an air conditioning and air duct cleaning company. I will not be doing business with them just thanks to this odd phone message.
