The ******* had used the following information: Lutanshousetrainedyorkies
(480) 867-2331
He portrayed himself as a Yorkie *******. I picked a puppy I was interested in. The price of the puppy was $850 I sent that amount to him He received the payment He then called a pet delivery service & got the puppy to them for delivery I then received a call from the delivery service They said the puppy needed a flight kennel in the amount of $990 I sent that to him A***n I received another call from the delivery service saying that the puppy couldn’t fly the rest of the travel Arrangemnt because they realizes the puppy didn’t have insurance coverage for the flight They wanted me to send them the insurance coverage fee in the amount of $2,500 I didn’t send it and I was then told that the puppy was going to a holding area I was also told that I could be brought up on charges of abandonment and pet neglect I called the ******* and told him what was going on with the delivery service The ******* didn’t care. I waited a week and contacted the ******* a***n, asking him if he got the puppy back he said he did and asked him could he please return my purchase price for the puppy since he now has the puppy and I am no longer interested in purchasing her. The ******* said he wasn’t returning my money. Refunds are given back to a purchaser after the puppy was delivered. So the ******* still has the puppy and he won’t return my money for the purchase of her. Am I wrong?
