I've stopped answering my cell unless it's a name I recognize -- never with unidentified numbers. This is one of several that have been calling me multiple times in a day; at work, at home, in the early morning, late at night, at all times. At first I was sort of concerned, but then I finally answered one, and it was just what I had thought -- lengthy pause, boiler room, person of limited English reading from a script card, and unwilling to tell me who they were. Saying, "I'm calling form your bank, okay?" loudly, when I insisted on knowing. Definitely not. This is certainly scamming and phishing, and I wish I knew a way to stop it!

More bogus and robot calls! This is more of a gimmick set up by hucksters that want information, phone numbers, and anything else that they can possibly get. The purpose is either a scam, fraud, high-pressure sales, information theft, other nefarious activity, or some combination. If I do not recognize a number, I will NOT answer! There are just too many frauds, hucksters, fakers, phonies, and con game artists out there that are very happy to rip people off and see them parted with their money! Beware!
