I am calling the better business bureau now everyone should. They sent me a contract from American Resort Planners which I think is a ggod company. I don't know I just looked at their website. Received a call from Peter Levi saying he has a commited buyer for my timeshare at 15,700. The buyer will deposit 4700.00 and buyer to pay 1053 towards closing costs. My closing costs would be 1445.00. Sounds fishy to me. I know I will not send any money to anyone without the money in my bank. If this is all up and up I would have them take the 1445.00 out of my balance due. Has anyone has success with this? They say the company name is Time Share Gold Mine but I can't find anything.
