the caller called my cell and when I answered he gave me his name and said that he was called because of an old debt back in 2008 2009 bout a payday loan that went to US bank and I closed my acct with the bank and that it was fraud and they were ready to go to court. I called my lawyer and she told me to give them her number because it was a scam.

Caller called cell phone today from number 678-394-4263. Which has been reported for scam debt collecting and linked to CMIT Group. Which I did not answer for being at work. Then the number called my work cite asking to speak with me. Caller identified himself as Jonathan Lewis and he was calling about an unresolved debt which they were ready to take action by taking me to court. After taking the caller's name, number (5014821518 #3020)and informing him I would call at a more suitable time due to being a work the caller abruptly hung up the phone. Be ware of the scamming.
