I've gotten calls from this number, every day, for over 2 weeks. I always let it go to voicemail, but today I decided to pick it up. Yes, it was an automated system calling to see if I wanted my business included in their Google directory. Here's what to do. When asked if you want to be included, say YES. You'll then get routed to an actual human being whom you can tell to remove your phone number from their database. They had no problems doing it with me.

im getting these calls from a bunch of different numbers....each number in a different state....washington california oregon, etc.....ive gotten the " last chance to lower ur apr ", " national do not call" and all kinds of things...when u dial 1 for live person it either disconnects u or u get a live person and then it disconnects u a few secs later.....im reporting it to the local authorities im tired of the calls they have been going on for over a month....its ridiculous and has to stop or im going to press charges...i am on the national do not call list and still getting these calls!

The company is called Pacific Telecom Communications Group, based out of California. They use multiple numbers to autodial people, so they can avoid complaints to the National Do Not Call registry. They are in serious violation of FCC and FTC regulations! Traced the Phone Number back to Salem Oregon User is using Provider MetroCall wireless. They will try to get you r Credit Card info and further info from you. They had a recording saying "welcome to the do not call registry. Please enter your phone number to now" . Any caller who does not provide clear and sufficient information is bogus. Do not be fooled. I just received a call from this Oregon number. I did not answer the call and (of course) there was no voicemail message left. When I called the number back, I received an automated message stating that I had reached the Do Not Call registry. Yeah, right! Last week, I had received a call from different Oregon number, but with the same result. I hadn’t thought about reporting them until I got to your website. Thank you “LOL I just called their carrier Astound Broadband….” for the FCC website. I filed a complaint with the FCC and then called Astound Broadband. A customer service rep named “Rashad” told me that they don’t provide service in Oregon. But now, I won’t let this go…I will be pursuing this some more.
