I called astond phone company who is this numbers carrier and they acted like this was ok for this number to make these calls... SPAM!! SPAM!! SPAM!! Call went directly to voice mail where automated message left was about lowering my interest rates on some non-existent credit care. Do NOT answer calls from unknown numbers and definitely do NOT return these calls. They are merely thinly disguised attempts to obtain information about you and your smart phone. And all calls of this type are now illegal. Report each and every call like this to the FTC. The problem with tracing and stopping calls like this is that the callers/thieves can change the number on the caller ID simply by using an app or a spoof card. So portect yourself and ignore any and all calls like this. Also consider installing an app that will block calls like this.
