Received a text from this number concerning a house that my stepson owned in Portland, Ore. Says her name is Charlotte & is a Real Estate investor wanting to make a cash offer on the property. My stepson passed away this past year. This person is no better than a slug trying to take advantage of a grieving family.

General Comment re signing in to BeenVerified. Many of the "I am not a robot" pictures when signing in are so dark that it is hard to get "Verified." It almost always takes a lot of my precious time to get one new set of pictures after another which will satisfy the "Verify" requirement which was not a Sign In feature originally and is relatively new. Does anybody else have this annoying experience when signing in, or is it just the light level of my computer for many of the photos where it is almost impossible to see whatever is the required item to complete all the photo boxes and get finally signed in. Can the photo boxes all be visible without dark foggy boxes which may or may not have the item in them? Can BeenVerified poll its members to see if this is a negative Customer Satisfaction factor? None of the other programs similar to BeenVerified that I also use require anything more than the user name and password to sign in.
